It has been 6 days that i tried to create an account, submit documents and nothing !! no one is replying at the phone as well. what a joke !!

Reliable platform for buying and selling BTC and ETH via CHF. Fees could be lower and more coins would be appreciated.
They didn't understand what matters in CryptoCurrency trading. But what? First and mostly the very un-comprehensive and complex registration process. Sure they changed a few things in registration process recently, but it is still complicated and takes too long. Why dont just use a simple online form and at the end, every use has to print a summary to sign and scan/send by letter? It could have been so easy. In trading time matters most - they can't and wont react quick. So in conclusion they don't make a good impression, a few other recessions agree with this.
They took my btc and there is a problem with transactions. It has been five days without any response. And I am still waiting.... Ils ont pris mon btc et il y a un problème avec les transactions. Cela fait cinq jours sans réponse. Et j'attends toujours ...
Intransparenter Wechselkurs. Ich habe schon mehrmals bei Bity über die Bankeinzahlung Bitcoin gekauft. Das war jeweils ein viel schlechterer Kurs als der, der bei Bity angezeigt wird. Was an Gebühren noch weg geht wird nicht mitgeteilt. Schlussendlich hatte ich einen rund 8 % schlechteren Kurs als den aktuellen Tageskurs.
Première opération passée sans souci, mais moins bien rapide pour la deuxième effectuée le même jour (un vendredi après-midi). La transaction est restée bloquée plus de 48H (en terme de jours ouvrables) pour des raisons inexpliquées. Troisième opération comme la première, très bien.
